The 2022-2023 edition of the U.S. News undergraduate rankings was released today (Monday, September 12, 2022). Below are the changes (plus/minus) from last year.
As always when speaking about rankings, we want to disclaim that you should never make personal decisions based on any particular set of rankings, and particularly not based on year-to-year changes in rankings.
*Note: Columbia University was originally ranked #2 last year before it was removed from the rankings in July 2022 due to data inconsistencies. Though Columbia did not submit its data to U.S. News this year, they were ranked (landing at #18).
